    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    Diversity & Inclusion Intern: The intern will support the NA Diversity & Inclusion Lead and HRBP team, primarily aligned to D&I as Chief of Staff. The North America D&I Lead influences the inclusion strategy for the region across four key pillars 1) Talent Attraction & Sourcing, 2) Employee Onboarding & Engagement, 3) Career Development & Advancement, and 4) Supplier Diversity across all demographics. The client-facing HR Business Partners influence and execute people-driven programs and practices in their assigned territory. The HRBPs coach leaders in the transformation of organizations, assess and upskill talent in the business, and influence the successful achievement of business strategy through human capital.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    • Function as Chief of Staff to the leaders of the North America Diversity & Inclusion office and Human Resources Business Partner organization
    • Support North America Diversity & Inclusion Lead with planning and execution of programs and interventions, and the HRBPs with their People & Organizational Strategy- including projects, analytics, & creative ideas
    • Learn HR annual processes and consult with HRBPs & leaders a needed
    • Provide day to day support to both the regional D&I and HRBP teams which may include analysis of HR system data, auditing organizational hierarchies and programs, streamlining processes, and generating reports
    • Special projects and ancillary duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Matriculating student in the undergraduate degree program (all majors welcome)
    • Previous internship experience helpful
