Intern - Office of the CEO Briefing Coordinator [Newtown Square, PA] Job
The Office of the CEO Briefing Coordinator will apply exemplar written capabilities, communication skills, project management, and attention to detail to ensure the successful preparation and execution of CEO global affairs. The candidate in this position will proactively ensure that the CEO is equipped with all relevant information to successfully conduct a wide range of global engagements, presenting the information in effective and consumable formats. This candidate will largely leverage content supplied by OCEO Subject Matter Experts and will be required to build and maintain close working relationships with these individuals: including but not limited to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, Customer Officers, Government Relations Leads, Corporate Social Responsibility Leads, the CEO Communications team etc.). The candidate will serve as the ultimate quality control expert over content provided to the CEO. He/she will guide the OCEO team by proactively tracking inventory of all CEO preparatory materials and delivering them on-time in a highly compelling, concise, and organized manner.
Depending on workload at a given time, the candidate in this position will also have the opportunity to participate in special projects across the Office of the CEO and provide additional support to the CEO’s Chiefs of Staff and Executive Assistant – learning the ins and outs of a “best-run” business and Board Office.
