Through our on-the-job training, you’ll get the ideal preparation and knowledge you need for a successful start and integration into our team.

    This position is based at SAP Offices in Newtown Square, PA.

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

    The Premium Engagement Group, a subdivision of SAP Digital Business Services, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering services to SAP MaxAttention customers. In this position, you will collect Data entry information, run/create reporting to support Program Management using internal tools including CRM, BW, Solution Manager, etc., you will organize/categorize and collect best practices to share with team members and other regions, work on new company initiatives, coordinate and prepare for meetings (including any PowerPoint presentations) support ongoing projects, have the opportunity for a proof of concept for S4HANA, as well as participate in further roll-outs. This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in one of the largest retail segments in North America, located in Newtown Square, PA.

  • Qualifications

    To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.  You should have an interest in Big Data or System Operations.  As part of a global team you will be working closely with SAP’s Technical Account Director, Engineering Architects and Technical Quality Managers along with Development and the global SAP Support Centers to assist our customers with their business solutions.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Math, Engineering or related field. 

    Junior and Senior year students with related coursework experience required. 

    Any SAP coursework is a plus or interest in:

    • Distribution/ Warehouse & Inventory Management/Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling/ Business Intelligence & Reporting/Data Warehouse.
    • Experience in programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, ABAP).
    • Excellent GPA.
    • Candidate must be able to take a technical approach to issues, strong analytic and problem solving skills.
