    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    • Assist with practices necessary to run the Quality Assurance and Risk Practice.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    • Monitor for projects requiring QA reviews and keep accurate records. Primary point of contact for setting up QA reviews.
    • Assist with sales opportunities as requested.
    • Review QA database and QA calendar for adherence to standards. Run special reports as requested.
  • Qualifications

    SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

    • Basic understanding of project fundamentals. Ability to interact with customer and escalate to a QA Director if there are issues. Some experience with Excel. Strong organizational skills. Ability to follow defined processes.

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (degrees, class completion, etc.)

    • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
