PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Assist with practices necessary to run the Quality Assurance and Risk Practice.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

• Monitor for projects requiring QA reviews and keep accurate records.
• Assist with setting up QA reviews.
• Review QA database and QA calendar for adherence to standards.
• Run special reports as requested.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Basic understanding of project fundamentals.
• Ability to interact with customer and escalate to a QA Director if there are issues.
• Some experience with Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of 3 semesters of study towards bachelor degree.
• Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.

LOCATION/AVAILABILITY: Palo Alto, CA or San Diego, CA; to start asap.
