PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES

The SAP/ARIBA TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPER AND OPERATION COORDINATOR/INTERN is responsible for providing operational support to members of the Global CoE Post-Sales Enablement Team to include scheduling and booking training sessions; registration, invitation, and roster management; creating and maintaining reports; and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become familiar with our enablement curriculum for internals and partners
• Become familiar with Education scheduled events
• Aid CoE for ISM Post-Sales Enablement team with global event planning
• Organizing and contributing to nomination, registration, and validation processes
• Following up and reporting on team assigned tasks
• Reviewing pre-requisite content
• Creating and maintaining custom reports on enablement activities
• Contribute to all enablement planning and content creation based on prioritization

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business, Management, Communications, or similar field
• Passion for Education and training in a corporate environment
• Strong Organizational skills with ability to stick to follow up and maintain schedule
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Show flexibility in a heavily changing environment  
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well with the enablement team and our stakeholders
