GROUP OVERVIEW

SAP Cloud Platform Go-To Marketplace is responsible for strategy and execution of key initiatives supporting revenue generation and gaining market share for SAP Cloud Platform. This group is also responsible for driving awareness and enablement across the SAP ecosystem about SAPs PaaS offering.

ROLE SUMMARY

Focusing on Demand Generation and Customer Programs including driving programs within these two domains. This is done while supporting the growth of SAP CP in the regions and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and collaboration across sales, product management, development, COE and Marketing. The team is looking for a highly driven individual with strong project management skills and a passion to solve problems in a collaborative environment and drive forward GTM related projects for SAP Cloud Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will work with topic leads and be responsible for executing on holistic project plans – typical stakeholders include colleagues in sales, marketing, COE, partners, product management etc. Specific duties include:

• Alignment of priorities and communication across internal & external stakeholders
• Drive program execution and priorities for the SAP CP GTM 
• Support demand generation activities including coordination with regional and global stakeholders across SAP and LoBs.
• Support projects including presentations, follow-up, asset creation, newsletters, etc.
• Hands on support with purchasing process, including opening PO in the system. Training will be provided.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of business priorities, with a proven ability to learn on the job and work independently and remotely
• Ability to think creatively and out-of-the box while keeping the business objectives in mind
• Demonstrated ability and executive presence to work with all levels in an organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including story telling  
• Diplomacy and communication, especially listening, are critical success factors
• Ability to influence and drive consensus and collaboration
• Comfort with navigating and working within a complex and geographically dispersed matrix organization.
• Preferred candidate will also have international experience and/or a practical understanding of cultural issues

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Computer Science OR Business degree. MBA a strong plus.
• Solid project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
