    PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

    SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) is a division of SAP’s Customer Success Delivery unit.     EXPECTATIONS We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer Student Intern to join us for a six-month paid period starting March 2021. You will work with the Supply Chain Planning team on customer or In-house projects and gain invaluable experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning, S/4HANA, Intelligent Robotic Processing Automation (iRPA), AI/ML, Python, and other languages.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contribute to Supply Chain Planning topics, data integration, analytics, some ML/AI scenarios for customers.
    • Work closely with colleagues on Supply Chain Planning initiatives
    • Be an active member of self-empowered teams working with a customer and In-house projects/tools
    • Be technically proactive, contributing to the team effort with innovative and creative ideas
  • Qualifications

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

    • Must be a student currently enrolled in a bachelor, master, or JD/Ph.D. program or within six months of having already graduated
    • Must have good verbal and written English
    • Must have a passion for Supply Chain Planning
    • Must have experience with Python, Java programming, or any other language
    • Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
    • Added advantage if you have experience with databases

    DESIRABLE SKILLS

    • Supply Chain domain or experience with Optimizer concept or statistical forecasting algorithms
    • Experience using Git, Java, Python for development
