PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Our team has the mission to extend the capabilities of the massively scalable, extremely fast, multi-tenant aware HANA database. We are looking for C++-developers to work on the SAP HANA Server and developers with experience in Java, Python, Node.js and Go to extend HANA’s capabilities in the cloud.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

As a developer in the SAP HANA Platform Native Development team you will be working with a group of exceptionally talented and motivated colleagues to deliver HANA based solutions.

Example tasks/ projects interns may be assigned:

• Prototype new functionality lead by development team member mentor
• Design test scenarios for new features that require complex tests
• Develop new infrastructure (web tools, build tools, test bed, etc) to benefit development team
• Implement features to address specific issues (cloud, security, performance, poor design, re-factoring)
