PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud is a fully scalable, secure, private cloud-based offering that provides comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed services and enables your customers to accelerate and simplify the adoption of SAP S/4HANA, along with other solutions powered by SAP HANA.

SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) team drives strategic topics to ensure that HEC Sales and Presales are equipped with the frameworks, content, tools, knowledge and skills to successfully deliver on their sales targets.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

You will have the opportunity to collaborate and connect with a range of colleagues globally in the SAP HEC (Sales) environment, working effectively in a team atmosphere and generate high impact results. You will not only learn about SAP HEC as a product, but also how it fits into SAP’s overall Cloud strategy, accelerating our customer’s journey towards the Intelligent Enterprise powered by SAP.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in design and execution of Global Enablement Programs for SAP HEC Sellers
• Develop and maintain online learning courses for SAP HEC sales and presales teams
• Manage the delivery of the new hires trainings for SAP HEC sales and presales teams
• Draft global communications for SAP HEC Sellers
• Support HEC GTM efforts globally to enable sales success for SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• High level of Communication Skills and Intercultural Awareness & respect
• Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and “can do” attitude
• Writing and content development skills
• Good project management skills
• Demonstration of creativity and innovation
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience or keen interest to learn authoring tools like Brainshark, and Learning Management Tools
• Language skills: Fluency in English
• Independent work style, affection to Sales
• Previous work experience is an asset

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor or Master Student ideally in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Learning & Education, or HR related discipline.
