PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud is a fully scalable, secure, private cloud-based offering that provides comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed services and enables your customers to accelerate and simplify the adoption of SAP S/4HANA, along with other solutions powered by SAP HANA.

SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) team drives strategic topics to ensure that HEC Sales and Presales are equipped with the frameworks, content, tools, knowledge and skills to successfully deliver on their sales targets.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a working student to support the overall design and execution of global enablement programs for HEC Sales Specialists and HEC Presales. Tasks will include:

• Assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify actual training requirements
• Assisting in design and development of content, e-learnings, virtual training sessions and classroom trainings
• Maintenance of Online Curricula in Learning Management System
• Reporting
• Overall Project Management Support

You will have the opportunity to collaborate and connect with a range of colleagues globally in the SAP HEC (sales) environment, working in a start-up-like setting. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor or Master Student (f/m) ideally in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Learning & Education, or HR related discipline.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience or keen interest to learn authoring tools like Brainshark, and Learning Management Tools
• Language skills: Fluency in English
• High level of Communication Skills and Intercultural Awareness & respect. Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and “can do” attitude.
• Independent work style, affection to Sales
• Previous work experience is an asset
