PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Customer Empowerment organization delivers enablement to SuccessFactors customers on effective use and optimization of their products through newsletters, webinars and an online community. This internship opportunity is intended to be a twelve-month remote/virtual engagement that will focus on supporting the global SAP SuccessFactors Customer Empowerment team.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

We expect professional working habits in cooperation with the Customer Empowerment team to:

• Moderate customer facing webinars; drive Q&A interaction with presenter
• Monitor the Community support email domain to field questions and address issues
• Support creation of monthly customer newsletters on upcoming events and news
• Collect and cleanse data to allow for calculation of customer engagement metrics and analysis of customer feature usage
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and help implement approved recommendations

• Technical savvy: ability to learn new systems and data flows
• Excel proficiency
• Independent, flexible and proactive work style
• Flexibility to accommodate global time zones on occasion

EXPERIENCE

• At least one-year previous work experience in a professional environment
• Preferred experience in a virtual working environment
• Preferred degree focus in Marketing / Human Resources / Communications with experience in data analysis

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
