    The SAP SuccessFactors Customer Enrichment team is responsible for strategic customer programs that showcase how SAP SuccessFactors helps our customers transform HR and positively impact business outcomes. Our team is passionate about developing customer connections and building a storytelling culture focused on our customers and their accomplishments. We provide a platform to share their stories and opportunities to network with their peers.  We are dedicated to fostering a community of HR Ambassadors willing to speak on our behalf who are appreciated for their contributions. 

    This internship is a twelve-month engagement supporting the global SAP SuccessFactors Customer Enrichment team that manages Reference & HR Ambassador, Advisory & User Group programs.

    EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

    The intern will work independently on identified initiatives that support the Customer Enrichment programs.  We expect professional working habits in cooperation with the global team and leadership. 

    The intern will be expected to:

    • Provide strategy execution and support for all Customer Enrichment programs
    • Review current assets and offer recommendations for graphical and digital improvement (i.e. enhanced visuals, infographics, video, etc.)
    • Deliver ideas & execution methods to manage and deliver content in easily accessible, consumable ways
    • Help support content creation and delivery for executive level programs (e.g. registration sites, microsite, etc.)
    • Assist with communication strategy and channel delivery (internal & external)
    • Collect, input, curate and analyze information while ensuring data hygiene & integrity
    • Track program progress and prepare reports for senior leadership
    • Partner for success across SAP SuccessFactors with product, regional and industry user groups
    • Research and contribute innovative ideas to evolve Customer Enrichment communities

    Your application should include an updated resume highlighting academic degrees, relevant work experience with former employers (including internships), familiarity with software applications (specifically Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Smartsheets and Adobe products) and any graphic design examples.

  • Qualifications

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Currently registered in an accredited Master’s program (or 4-year undergraduate program)
    • Intended duration: 12 months (not only a summer internship)
    • Availability: at least 20 hours/week during school year; 40 hours/week during academic breaks
    • Minimum one-year previous work experience in a professional office environment
    • Experience working on a global virtual team
    • Software skills: Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word), Smartsheets, and Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
    • Conversational familiarity with software industry norms and practices
    • Independent, flexible, adaptive and proactive work style
    • Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
    • Language skills: excellent English mandatory
    • Soft skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Strong graphics and design exposure is a plus
