PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The SAP SuccessFactors Global Customer Ambassador & Reference Team supports our organization with customer references, stories & assets needed to compete and win deals.  Our team is focused on creating a community of Ambassadors willing to speak on our behalf and building a storytelling culture to share our customer story.  We are seeking two interns to assist with this mission.  The interns will support our team with ideas and execution for managing and delivering reference content in easily accessible, consumable ways.  They will assist with tracking, reporting and visibility for various reference initiatives.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

• Collaborate with the team to execute the program strategy and increase our supply of usable, impactful references, customer stories and assets
• Review existing reference assets (e.g. reference data, success stories/videos/assets, wins & go lives), make recommendations and deliver ideas to ensure information accuracy & accessibility 
• Assist with collecting and curating customer stories, wins, go lives and other assets
• Track program progress, perform data analysis and deliver regular status reports
• Assess how existing assets and communications are delivered (e.g. Powerpoint, infographics & communications) and provide ideas for graphical and digital improvement (i.e. enhanced visuals, more infographics, video, etc.)

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and/or Adobe applications (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment
• Excellent organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Business minded individual who is currently pursuing a Business or Marketing degree

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous business/sales experience and/or knowledge of the cloud software industry is a plus, but not required
