    PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

    The SAP SuccessFactors Global Presales Intern assists the Global Presales team to achieve the highest level of operational excellence and efficiency, by:

    • Creating highly collaborative and innovative communication tools and resources leveraging multi-media collateral and engagement strategies for video and social media platforms
    • Providing and augmenting relevant team content for Team Communications
    • Prepare Presales leadership teams for ad hoc business reviews
    • Develop deep analysis on state of the business and deliver insights to Presales leadership
    • Identify opportunities for sustainable growth in the business

    The SAP SuccessFactors Global Presales Intern will gain significant experience in and exposure to business operations within a world-class organization, including Sales, Sales Support and HR lines of business.

    • Flexible, self-aware, highly motivated and open to feedback 
    • Prepare Presales leadership teams for ad hoc business reviews
    • Develop deep analysis on state of the business and deliver insights to Presales leadership
    • Identify opportunities for sustainable growth in the business
    • Develop and execute on franchise sales model to enable our sales force with the tools, processes, and foresight to provide a consistent and valuable experience in every customer engagement
    • Assist in creating business analysis for the operations team along with executive leadership
    • Provide support across Global Presales to drive strategic operations initiatives
    • Work with operations subject matter experts to develop and execute on globally accepted best practices across the Global Presales teams
    • Complete other tasks and projects requested by the Global Presales Team
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    Current Bachelor's or Master’s student.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous internship experience helpful

     

    Preferred area of study: Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems or other related majors
