The Sales / Business Operations intern will support the SAP Jam GTM and Business Development team in providing reporting, analysis, and insights in support of business objectives.  This person will support and have visibility into forecasting, bookings analysis, reporting, and the quarter-end reconciliation and business review process.  Additionally, the intern will support compliance investigation and correct actioning, ad-hoc reporting using SAP’s analytics and reporting tools, and KPI / scorecard management.


  • Assist with data reporting and processing to ensure that tools and reports utilized by the SAP Jam business development team are up to date
  • Review and validate data, highlighting and investigating exceptions or potential issues
  • Support regular business reviews, including data analysis, identifying trends and insights, and reporting of results
  • Review incoming compliance and downgrade requests against customer entitlement and landscape, identifying and coordinating the necessary next steps to resolve



  • Fluency with MS office products, in particular MS Excel
  • Familiarity with business applications (e.g., Business Objects, SAP) a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to perform tasks methodically, and can employ critical thinking in problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with attention to detail and delivery dates
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate in writing and verbally  


  • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
  • While a technical degree is not required, familiarity with technology and the use of IT solutions in business is desired.
