PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Sales Learning --North America supports  SAP’s strategy to leverage learning to attract, retain, and develop our sales talent and to deliver value to our customers and shareholders. OUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP THE MOST ADMIRED SALES WORK FORCE IN THE INDUSTRY.  Sales Learning --North America utilizes a blend of virtual, on-demand, and classroom-based training covering the entire employee life cycle from on-boarding to leadership development.

EXPECTATION AND TASKS

Sales Learning --North America  works with many SAP teams  to provide an efficient and effective learning program to our sales colleagues. We are seeking a student intern to provide creative ideas and support in the delivery of our learning programs from program launch and execution, communications, facilitation support, media production (photography and video), web design, graphic design as well as provide program coordination assistance as required.

Typical Sales Learning --North America Project Requirements:

  • Maintain the Sales Learning – NA brand for all communication channels
  • Assist in creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to highlight program benefits
  • Provide ideas and strategize on rolling out programs   
  • Work closely with the MU enablement business partners to delivery/ execution of programs
  • Overall business communication for projects (E-mail and phone)
  • Quality review of new and existing trainings
  • Event planning and facilitation support for projects and programs when additional assistance is required
  • Comfortable in working in a virtual and matrixed environment

Qualifications

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

  • Desire to use creativity to drive learning objectives
  • Highly flexible and motivated
  • Team oriented with strong communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent Project Management Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook & Office required
  • Innovative thinker who enjoys researching new apps / technology
  • Adult education / enablement background, studies, experience a plus
  • Self-motivated

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (DEGREES, CLASS COMPLETION, ETC.)

  • Seeking candidates majoring in one or a combination of Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Educational Design, Learning & Talent Development, Digital Media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled

LOCATION

  • Looking for candidates to work out of Atlanta, GA and / or NSQ, PA
