    The SAP SuccessFactors Customer Enrichment team is responsible for strategic customer programs that showcase how SAP SuccessFactors helps our customers transform HR and positively impact business outcomes. Our team is passionate about developing customer connections and building a storytelling culture focused on our customers and their accomplishments. We are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community of engaged SuccessFactors customers, this internship opportunity helps drive this mission through key customer programs including our HXM Influencer Community, SuccessFactors User Groups, and Customer Advisory Boards.     The intern will work independently on identified initiatives that support the Customer Enrichment programs The intern will be expected to:

    • Provide strategy execution and project management support for all Customer Enrichment programs.
    • Drive internal team communications, internal organization wide communications, and prepare external communications as needed.
    • Cross-functional teamwork - work with Marketing, Analyst Relations, Field Marketing, Events, Product Marketing and Sales teams to deploy effective customer engagement program, identifying customers for use cases, videos, speaking opportunities, and proactive engagement opportunities.
    • Bring creativity into our program deliverables, finding new ways to deliver value to our customers and being a bold experimenter.
    • Revise existing content and create new content that is useful, easily accessible and consumable by our field teams ( Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement).
    • Work with the Head of Customer Enrichment to create a sales enablement strategy that is designed to grow field awareness of programs available to their customers.
    • Own the creation and launch of our internal SuccessFactors expert speaker catalogue ,driving the program to completion and supporting across the enterprise.
    • Help support content creation and delivery for executive level programs (e.g. registration sites, microsite, presentation templates, agenda management etc.)
    • Collect, input, curate and analyze data ,ensuring data hygiene & integrity with the intent of deriving actional insights.
    • Track progress and prepare reports for senior leadership
    • Partner for success across SAP SuccessFactors with product, regional and industry user groups
    • Research and contribute innovative ideas to evolve Customer Enrichment communities

    Your application should include an updated resume highlighting academic degrees, relevant work experience with former employers (including internships), familiarity with software applications (specifically Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint) and any work sample you would like to showcase given the expectations of the role ( writing sample highly desirable)


    • Currently registered in an accredited Master’s program (or 4-year undergraduate program)
    • Intended duration: May-September
    • Availability: at least 20 hours/week during school year; 40 hours/week during academic breaks
    • Prior Work Experience in a professional office environment , AND/OR a leadership position within your academic institution preferred.
    • Software skills: Microsoft Office Suite at Mastery level (specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
    • Top notch writer, highly effective in conveying information with the capability to keep communications concise and focused.
    • Interest in software technology
    • Independent, flexible, adaptive and proactive work style
    • Creativity is an absolute must, you are known as a bold innovator.
    • Goal-oriented and metrics-driven
    • Dot connector, you can bring insights and action together
    • Data is your friend; you have experience with leveraging data to identify audiences and create segmentation.
