Seeking a passionate, tenacious, and results-driven intern or diploma student to help accelerate cloud subscription through success plan attach to cloud contracts globally.

Main responsibilities include:

• Help monitor regional cloud pipeline to ensure success plan attach. Work with regional leads to support internal and external relationships. Will support creation of territory plan, help drive execution, and ensure proper coverage in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Drive incremental revenue—keep the sales support team up to date on all available assets and resources to help close deals
• Enable revenue-generating stakeholders in variety of channels and methods, i.e. webinars, team meetings, and new document creation

Enthusiasm and a strong worth ethic are a must.

This role will have a deep understanding of success plans (and entire CSG portfolio) and its end-to-end benefits to customers. Will ensure high-level understanding of products covered by success plans (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform) and will maintain proactive self-development to build soft skills and training on new technologies covered in GCS portfolio.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Basic knowledge of DBS portfolio of services, success plans, and support offerings
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships
• Excels working in a fast-paced corporate yet entrepreneurial environment

• Communication skills: strong communicator equally adept at communicating strategy and execution, with the ability to craft a full range of clear, high-impact communications. Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations

• Creative problem solving skills
• Well versed in Powerpoint, xls and other presentation technologies

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, and/or communications
