    The NA Services Sales Internship Program is designed to Attract, Develop and Retain early talent candidates for Services Sales through the concept of a providing a jump start during the period that students in process of completing their education.

    The program is run through the office of the COO and allows interns to work on relevant and impactful Sales operations projects and activities supporting the overall mission of the program to identify and accelerate the development future full time employees. The SAP Services Sales Operations team is composed of business operations, demand generation, organizational effectiveness and productivity functions. In addition, the team orchestrates strategic growth initiatives, strategic partner relationships and education programs for the field.


    • Assist with specific demand generation campaigns and tactics as needed
    • Strategic target lists such as NA MOVEMENT list
    • Follow-up with sales on status and issues on marketing generated leads and homegrown campaigns
    • Support of channel GTM relationships/metrics/strategy
    • Support services channel community site by creating accessibility and organization to content
    • Tracking and reporting of collaboration opportunities and wins
    • Report and manage transition of joint wins to our reference and communications teams
    • Create and update partner, customer, and field facing collateral regarding partner programs, including video and presentation
    • Support key program activities to drive adoption and customer success of S4HANA and additional license consumption
    • Track and report on leads, wins, and attach rate for Premium Engagement offering
    • Social Selling
      • Leverage certification training to be the go-to person as a LinkedIn Social Selling consultant
      • Establish relationships with experienced sales leaders by sitting one-on-one and suggesting improvements to improve their online presence.
      • Knowledge-share with our sales organization how to build both a personal and professional brand online
  • Qualifications


    • Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree and minimum completion of 2 years of study
    • Preference will be given to graduates with a Sales related degree or concentration in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications and Business Logistics (SCM)


    • Demonstrated knowledge of business processes and industry trends (Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Professional Services, and Retail etc.)
    • Relevant projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality deliverables

    • Strong Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups, fuzzy look-ups, etc.) Light visual basic skills ideal but not mandatory
    • Analytical skills – ability to organize and analyze data in meaningful ways in order to highlight customer / industry trends and determine target lists
    • Research capabilities – ability, and interest, to poll many outside sources of information, collect information for analysis
