PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

• Provide support to the Solutioning Center team with daily (internal) reporting and tracking as well as support for (external) Solutioning.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

• Disrupt established thinking and innovate processes, procedures, and operations  
• Support Solutioning Center as One Stop Shop in operations, enablement, deal preparation, and deal execution.
• Support preparation of client relevant material for Solution Leads
• Create, modify, and improve portfolio based templates and reporting
• Ideate new ways of reporting, maintain content, and run reports for senior management updates 
• Create new and modify existing templates, as needed
• Help in the creation of new internal concepts and processes
• Prepare, analyze and facilitate solution development stakeholder assignments
• Support reporting requests
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests as well as new reports
• Lead, improve and maintain team internal cloud initiative
• Process development and conceptualization
• Analysis and reporting
• Data maintenance, cleansing, and structuring
• Maintain team intranet page
• Create marketing content
• Develop new web pages
• Manage upload of documents

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in MS SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
• Ability to flourish in agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environments

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred to have a bachelor's degree (recent graduate <6 months) or in process of getting a bachelor’s degree (student intern).
