  • Responsibilities

    To differentiate across its vast customer base SAP set up a special segment for Strategic Customers. This segment groups approximately 200 of the world’s largest global Enterprise accounts. These customers are leaders in their respective Industries and want to commit to a long term, strategic relationship with SAP anchored around technology and business innovation. To better address the needs of these unique customers, SAP created the Strategic Customer Program and set up the Global SCP Center of Excellence designed to provide improve business performance, provide business insights, engagement methodology, executive sponsorship, field enablement and best practices to manage, grow and mature strategic engagements with these accounts. One of the key areas in supporting the sales teams and customers in this segment is integrated marketing.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    The Strategic Customers CoE Marketing Intern directly supports the Strategic Customers Regional Transformation Leader for Latin America and works closely with the Strategic Customers VP for Latin America. He/She will be focused on generating demand and accelerating pipeline through effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs, and campaigns through the relevant use of account-based marketing, digital marketing, event support, internal & customer communications, and reporting. This internship provides a great opportunity to develop a strong foundation in technology industry marketing and to gain experience working at a leading global B2B technology company.

    This position is based in Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a requirement.

    EXPECTATION AND TASKS

    • Managing repository and workflow of ABM (account-based marketing) assets
    • Managing a centralized repository of team workspace
    • Direct communication support to Strategic Customers VP and design customer communications
    • Regional and local event support via project management, communication, driving registrations, and content
    • Asset development and management – leverage the tools to publish integrated content
    • Reporting and tracking of marketing LAC Strategic Customers marketing efforts
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES

    • Must be a University student 3 years or above enrolled in the Bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related
    • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (Mandatory)
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • High motivation and adaptable in complex environments
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Accountability for achieving both individual and shared team goals
    • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office business suite tools
    • Previous work experience is not necessary
