PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

• Running daily operations of a dynamic innovation space
• Working Directly with SAP Customers, Partners and external networks (purpose & sustainably, startups, emerging technology)
• Connecting networks around the UN SDGs and innovation with purpose

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

The SAP Purpose & Brand Experience team is focused on telling and advancing SAP’s purpose story and is looking for a creative, highly motivated, team player with a growth mindset who will work on several projects that include but is not limited to: event planning, space operations, customer and external engagement, digital marketing, internal and external communications, content management and creation, and data analysis.

• Event planning and logistical operations and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings
• Participate in projects, conduct research and social media campaigns
• Facilitate collaborations with SAP Customers, Partners and external groups with clear communications and documentation.
• Follow SAP processes and use SAP and non-SAP application tools such as SAP Cloud for Customers, SAP CRM, and SAP Analytics Cloud, Airtable and SV3
• Web page writing and updates
• Interacting with internal stakeholders for customer engagement

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in or within 6 months of graduating from a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience and knowledge with SAP Products and the UN Sustainable Development Goals are preferred
• A well-organized and self-starter "can do" attitude
• Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, and excellent (written and verbal) communication skills
• Ability to lift, wheel or move objects up to 40lbs

• Organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to plan complex event logistics and critically thinking problem solving
• Experience leading entrepreneurial efforts, outreach within organizations
• Strong communication, analytic and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office software applications
• Ability to manage projects and timelines, following up with key stakeholders
• Ability to build, leverage and maintain a network of SAP internal and external contacts and working relationships
• Business acumen - understanding of tactical execution of marketing plans with ability to deliver on goals
• Knowledge of the software industry a plus
• Public speaking and presentation skills are a plus
• Project management experience a plus
• Experience with film, audio or AV equipment is a plus
