The purpose of the Success2022 Transformation Consultant is to support in the design and execution of the Success2022 Transformation approach. 

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

Planning

• Support in ongoing development and updating of the Success2022 approach / plan
  • PowerPoint Development

Design

• Support in the development of Success2022 assets/presentations   
  • Draft Presentations
• Support in the development of Success2022 communications / marketing / videos /info graphics / branding 
  • Draft communications

   

• Support in the development of meeting, session, assets / presentations   
  • Draft messaging/marketing/branding material

   

• Support in the development of change management materials / assets 
  • Draft video scripts

   

• Support and align with the Functional / Transformation change leads on deliverables and activities 
  • Draft Infographics

   

• Support in the development of launch materials for key programs and initiatives   
  • Other assets as defined

Execution

• Support in the delivery of the Success2022 transformation execution 
• Support in the delivery of the Success2022 communications / marketing / videos / info graphics execution 
• Support in the delivery of change management execution  
• Support in the coordination of meetings with key stakeholders  
• Participate in meetings with key transformation and functional stakeholders  
• Support in managing Success2022 Jam site

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Plan Management, Creative Writing, Visual Design, Communications, Marketing, Change Management, PowerPoint, Facilitation

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science or MS (preferred) in HR, Marketing, Communication

QUALIFICATIONS

• The preferred candidate will have 0 - 2 years of creative writing, communication, branding visual design, change management experience
