SVNT provides exposure to a vast array of teams during each unique 6-month rotation - where you will continuously refine your knowledge and understanding of the business. With this program, you will be better equipped to determine which teams best align with your passions and career goals. Before your completion of the program, you will be considered for placement within the company.

This role is for the _July 2020 cohort. YOU MUST BE GRADUATED BETWEEN JANUARY 2020 – JULY 2020.

YOU ARE A FIT FOR THIS PROGRAM IF:

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of BA/BS/MS degree in Computer Science, UX Design, Human Centered Engineering or related technical field of study or equivalent practical experience

• Developers: knowledge in general programming languages: C/C++, C#, R, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go and hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing solutions
• Data Scientists: knowledge in Python, R, SQL and data science methodologies and hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, or complexity analysis
• Designers: knowledge in user experience and product design and hands-on experience with Sketch, rapid prototyping, interaction design, front end coding is a plus

• Ability to translate big picture ideas into tangibles tasks and project manage them to completion
