What you will be doing:

• Working on providing solutions to technical queries raised by users of the applications LTI has signed up for supporting. • Work with development team to understand the functionalities, which is added as new feature or revised feature and accordingly provided work arounds to the queries received from the user. • Provide inputs to development teams on user’s queries and work with them to arrive at permanent fix • Provide work arounds on solutions to user’s queries with time frame as stated in Service Level Agreement. • Participate in production support checkouts during ‘Releases’ of new\updated features of application

• Should have completed Bachelor's in related field with a GPA of 3.0 or Above • Must Graduate from a 4-year college or university • Must attain a degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology • Resources should have technical knowledge on SQL and Unix, preferably should have worked on projects involving SQL and Unix • Resource should be willing to work in shifts, which includes night shifts and weekends • Resource with good attitude and aptitude to learn • Resource should have great communication skills
