Position description:
Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records to the Insurance, Financial, Towing, Salvage and Dealer Industries, is seeking motivated and hard-working professionals to join our growing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you would be responsible for social media marketing, marketing data analysis, and support to the sales team.
Primary duties include; communications, proofreading, monthly newsletters, analyzing marketing campaigns, identifying sales leads, creating presentations, email marketing, and marketing collateral. In addition, handling inventory, managing expenses, tracking budget costs, and fulfillment of sales requests. You will also perform other administrative and related functions as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of Adobe, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suit, and HTML. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus. Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically, problem solve, and take initiative. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and in teams
