    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the Marketing Operations Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you will partner with the global marketing, finance, legal, and procurement teams and our external Accounts Payable partners to develop processes and workflows for handling and submitting marketing-related contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices across multiple countries, territories, and currencies. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate jumps at the opportunity to take the initiative and will have exceptional interpersonal and project management skills, working across multiple countries and timezones.

    THE SKILLSET

    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business, or operations with cross-functional project/program management experience
    • Self-starter who is eager to learn and make an impact
    • Experience working with procurement and finance teams strongly preferred
    • Willingness to work with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple countries and timezones
    • Demonstrable quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • A team player who can contribute both collaboratively in groups and autonomously
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Working knowledge of MS Excel and G Suite
    • Prior exposure to project/task management tools is a plus
    • Experience with Allocadia or Workday preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

    • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don't know

    WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the past 6 months

    WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

    • Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide.

    Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.

    Salary Range: $48,000 - $61,000 salary + semi annual bonus
