As the Marketing Operations Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you will partner with the global marketing, finance, legal, and procurement teams and our external Accounts Payable partners to develop processes and workflows for handling and submitting marketing-related contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices across multiple countries, territories, and currencies. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate jumps at the opportunity to take the initiative and will have exceptional interpersonal and project management skills, working across multiple countries and timezones.

Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.
Salary Range: $48,000 - $61,000 salary + semi annual bonus
