Ready2Ride, the award-winning digital marketing company for powersports dealerships has an immediate opening for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This person will play a critical role in campaign strategy, design, execution and tracking for key customer accounts for maximum effectiveness and impact.

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the execution of all client campaigns across email, SMS, push and social media. In addition, the role will include account management, campaign strategies across onboarding, retention and acquisition campaigns, campaign planning / management / measurement, establishing best practices and developing data-informed insights.

Ideal candidates will be Hubspot certified, proficient in email marketing, experts in data manipulation, highly technical and keenly observant to detail.

Requirements:

• Advance knowledge/experience with excel, analytics, reporting and insights
• Experience with executing marketing campaigns across email, SMS and push
• Expert in defining and implementing processes and policies
• Proven ability to master a new technology and align company stakeholders consistently and thoroughly
• High attention to detail and thoroughness with campaign implementation
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and taking initiative
• Excellent writing skills and email etiquette
• Keen eye for design & detail
• Curious and motivated to contribute above and beyond what is asked of you
• Sponge-like ability to absorb new material
• Not easily intimidated by big personalities
• Basic familiarity with analytics, social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM etc.
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
