    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the Marketing Operations Specialist at Xactly Corporation, you will champion the execution and optimization of our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the different types of go-to-market initiatives and has experience executing them in Marketo.

    We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate jumps at the opportunity to take the initiative and will have exceptional interpersonal and project management skills, working across multiple countries and time zones.

    THE SKILLSET

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations with cross-functional project/program management experience
    • Hands-on experience operationalizing marketing programs using Marketo
    • Comfortable with various components of Marketo including smart lists, emails, forms, engagement programs, etc.
    • Experience pulling reports and crafting dashboards in Salesforce
    • Familiarity with common tools in a standard marketing tech stack (i.e., enrichment, ABM, chatbots, etc.) and how these tools integrate with each other
    • HTML & CSS experience
    • Self-starter who is eager to learn and make an impact
    • Comfortable managing multiple high visibility projects with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrable quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • A team player who can contribute both collaboratively in groups and autonomously
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Working knowledge of MS Excel and G Suite

    Within 1 month you'll:

    • Meet with the Director of Marketing Operations to review our marketing operations strategy and technology.
    • Familiarize yourself with our current marketing automation processes and become comfortable in executing typical marketing operations requests.
    • Learn our nomenclature, filters, and parameters we use to discuss marketing performance with our stakeholders.
    • Meet with marketing team leaders to discuss their team's priorities, tools used to manage their day-to-day, and document problems for which they're trying to solve.
    • Attend new hire orientation and a Product Boot Camp to learn about our suite of products and the problems our products help to solve.

    Within 3 months you'll:

    • Be comfortable with executing all types of go-to-market initiatives with Marketo.
    • Begin offering recommendations for improving and optimizing our marketing campaigns.
    • Take a training course or webinar to expand knowledge of how we can better leverage functionality that exists in our tools to simplify and improve current processes.

    Within 6 months you'll:

    • Be comfortable with optimizing existing campaigns and ensuring best practices are followed when implementing new campaigns.
    • Continue to take training courses or webinars on our core tools or on supporting tools in our tech stack.

    Within 12 months you'll:

    • Create a 12-month plan, both qualitative and quantitative, on how your contribution will help us work towards company goals.
    • Manage and execute your own projects acting as an extension of our marketing operations team in meetings with our stakeholders.

    Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons.

    Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.

    $56,000 - $70,000 annual base + semi annual bonus
