JOB SCOPE:

• Work with the Product manager and UX designer on developing the Ringcentral message, phone, and video application.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems reported in feedback or by customers, and support customer success
• PoC of key technology and innovative ideas.
• Drive key performance improvements: CPU, memory, delay, reliability, etc.

• Freshmen and sophomores need not apply.
• Have more than one year iOS or Android development experience
• understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP,MVVM design paradigm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills proven by resolving difficult technical issues
• Familiarity with RESTFul APIs to connect iOS Application to back-end services.
• Familiarity with github and CICD (continuous integration and continuous deployment)

LEARNING SKILLS/OUTCOMES:

• How to architecture the big and scale mobile applications development
• WebRTC real time messaging, phone, and video conferencing
• learn how cross engineering and cross functional teams work together to deliver the product.
• How to use the troubleshooting tool and how to troubleshoot the production issues.
• What type of tech stack does the team use from requirements to release.
