Purpose & Objective of Position
The Mobile Services Operations Team is a unit within Business Insight & Technology which manages the operations of SAP Mobile Services CRM, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Suite (Process control, risk management, policy management, fraud management, and audit management). This team also provides business process enablement by providing enhancements to the solutions. This working student position will assist the head of Mobile Services Operations team and participate in the team’s operations with technical and non-technical support tasks.
