  • Responsibilities
    1. To assist the finance, sales and customer success teams with payment collection
      
    2. To support customers
      
    3. To work closely with our 3rd party invoicing firm
      
    4. To assist with administrative tasks with our offices overseas
      
    5. To work closely with our Marketing Team in coordinating the logistics of external conferences and trade shows
      
    6. To be in regular contact with Global Human Resources helping arrange employees’ welfare, company events, recruiting, onboarding new employees and more
      
    7. Scheduling overseas business travel arrangements for Pepperi employees including flights and accommodation
      
    8. Working closely with the finance team and local bank for depositing checks and managing corporate credit cards
      
    9. To provide general administrative assistance to local VP’s in the US office
      
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this job must have:

    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to solve problems independently
    • Organization skills
    • The ability to work alone

    Desirable requirements

    · Experience working in a High-Tech company
    · Experience in travel management

    40k-52k For 80% role
