To assist with administrative tasks with our offices overseas
To work closely with our Marketing Team in coordinating the logistics of external conferences and trade shows
To be in regular contact with Global Human Resources helping arrange employees’ welfare, company events, recruiting, onboarding new employees and more
Scheduling overseas business travel arrangements for Pepperi employees including flights and accommodation
Working closely with the finance team and local bank for depositing checks and managing corporate credit cards
To provide general administrative assistance to local VP’s in the US office
The ideal candidate for this job must have:
