    Position description:

    As a Business Development Representative - Communications Solutions, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Reynolds' solutions to automotive dealerships within your territory. As the subject matter expert on our Reynolds Integrated Telephone System (RITS) and CallBright solutions, you will work with the local Account Manager to demo and close the sale. These solutions help our customers to improve lead management, capture lost leads, and evaluate staff performance, all while enhancing interaction between customers and staff. In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal use. In addition, you will be provided with a tablet, iPhone, and home office equipment.

    Training:

    Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction at both our Dayton, Ohio and Houston, Texas offices. Topics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years experience in sales. Strong presentation skills. Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities. Ability to travel overnight up to 50%
