Cloud Lending Solutions is seeking Sales Executives to cover eastern and midwest territories (US).
Cloud Lending Solutions sales professionals are responsible for: -Creating opportunities -Qualifying prospects -Performing software demos -Closing deals
Cloud Lending Solutions’ clients are lenders and leasing companies of all types and this position requires solid knowledge of the lending business in general and back-office loan servicing operations in particular. Cloud Lending Solutions sales require a reasonably strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, servicing and collections. Some travel is required and it will be mostly travel within the territory with travel to US based trade shows.
Software sales, preferably in financial technology
In-depth knowledge of lending and lending operations
Ability to manage a territory and pipeline
Enough technology depth to conduct demos
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Ability to make a solid ROI case to prospects based on the specifics of their business
Lending or banking experience is a plus
Miller Heiman Strategic Selling knowledge is a plus
Disciplined use of the company CRM is plus
