    THE OPPORTUNITY

    As a product analytics intern, you have the opportunity to work closely with our team of product managers to build, manage, track key business metrics and automate delivery of insights to business stakeholders for day-to-day decision making. You will apply your expertise in quantitative analysis to work on strategic business questions and provide actionable recommendations for growth and improvements. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work with cross functional business leaders and gain in-depth understanding of product management processes, SPM industry and get a glimpse of the exciting complexities of B2B product design and delivery.

    THE SKILL SET:

    • Pursuing Master's degree in Business Analytics, Math, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or other analytical field with core focus on technical coursework.
    • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and statistical methods for problem solving
    • Ability to navigate the complexities of data and provide clear strategies/ recommendations
    • Comfort with using BI and visualization tools like Tableau
    • Flexibility and enthusiastic about working through ambiguity
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time
    • Comfort with speaking with groups of diverse individuals across all levels.
    • Self-starter, team-player and inquisitive nature

    EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:

    • Experience with advanced analytics tools or programming languages
    • Prior experience with any Product analytics tools like Mix panel/ Looker/ Pendo etc.

    BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP, YOU'LL:

    • Learn the basics of sales performance management and how Xactly products improve customer's productivity and efficiency
    • Gain cross functional experience working with product managers, engineers, marketing and other customer facing teams
    • Have a deep understanding of product management systems and processes in a multiproduct B2B SaaS company
    • Successfully present your end-of-internship presentation to Xactly's executive staff
