EZLynx’s Product department is currently recruiting a Product Communication Intern. Under the supervision of the product manager, you will build, grow, manage, and report on an online product community forums.

Essential Duties

• Aids in design, implementation, and management of online community product forums
• Performs day-to-day engagement and moderation for community forums.
• Sweeps the channels and reviews sites for comments, works with Product team to resolve issues.
• Sorting, triaging, and funneling customer issues that surface in the community to the proper place and escalation path (documentation, marketing, product management, support); coordinating closely with various stakeholders.
• Regularly analyzing and reporting community sentiment internally.
• Establishes engagement metrics, case resolution reports, and collects feedback for future platform

Required Education:

• Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in marketing, business administration, communication, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3.0 program GPA on a 4.0 scale
