All positions are full time and based in our office in Mountain View. Juniors, seniors, and recent college grads only.

Are you a productivity geek with a streak of OCD? Do you have a technical background and want to explore the product and UX side? If you often dream of products that should be built to make you even more productive, or if you often find yourself telling your friends about new productivity gadgets that you just discovered, this might be the ultimate internship for you.

Responsibilities will include some combination of:

• Conducting user interviews and online surveys, and analyzing the results
• Performing online and in-person usability testing on new products and features
• Analyzing product usage analytics and user feedback to inform product priorities
• Working on product feature specs
• Creating user personas and user journeys for our various products
• Working and coordinating with the engineering team on new features

• Excellent written communication skills are required.
• Strong interest in productivity tools is also necessary.
• Technical experience of some kind (basic CS classes, building things/hacking something on your own) is a plus, but not required - though we do expect that you're the person Dad goes to when his iPad isn't connecting to wifi.
• You should be excited about the prospect of deep analysis of products and user behavior.
• If you have some classes in UI or HCI, that's handy too.

We make productivity software, including Boomerang for Gmail and have fun doing it. Boomerang sits on top of your Gmail or Google Apps account and adds functionality that is not natively available, such as send later, snooze, and response reminders. We also make Boomerang Calendar, Boomerang for Outlook, the Email Game, and Inbox Pause.
