  • Responsibilities

    We're seeking an execution oriented product marketer that is deeply interested in CX.

    You will refine our activation strategies and weigh in on every touch-point of our customer journey. You will obsess over customer interactions and user data to develop an understanding of account health and user needs. Your understanding of our customer base will allow you to institute processes to manage thousands of concurrent conversations. Collaboration with the product team is imperative as your front-line insights will translate into new products and services.

    We're a cast of characters that love engineering, product, and design. We use to work out of a warehouse in Brooklyn, but today we're scatted across the country. Our goal is to reconvene in New York during Spring 2021.

  • Qualifications

    Your experience

    • 2+ years of business experience. Technical degree preferred.
    • Proven ability to take concepts and ideas to execution and close, embracing both big picture objectives and following through on details.
    • Problem solver; you don’t accept the status quo and are always looking for creative solutions.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
