    DESCRIPTION

    This internship role sits within the IT PMO, helping to project manage various projects and assist with internal operational efficiency. This role will gain exposure to business projects and a variety of technology implementations across the organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, willing to assist with a variety of projects, and can balance project management and tactical responsibilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    This role will work closely with project managers to manage tactical elements of multi-dimensional projects and implementations across the organization - for example, taking meeting notes, scheduling calls, assisting with project planning and forecasting. This role will work closely with leaders to help develop department procedures and documentation best practices as it relates to internal technology implementation and business management. This role will also have the opportunity to help with entry-level administration tasks for our platforms such as user management, upgrades / clones, sprint management. This role will help to uphold operational processes to drive technology stack's sustainability, scalability and depth.

    • Assist Project Managers with any and all tasks related to project management, planning and execution
    • Help set up project dashboards and communications as needed
    • Provide assistance with process and governance documentation
    • Assist with integrations and /or ongoing functionality with other ecosystem partners
    • Help drive training, education and ongoing internal adoption of tools within ecosystem with relevant stakeholders

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in a technical discipline
    • Good understanding of SaaS technologies, applications and infrastructure requirements
    • Operational efficiency mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Innate project management skills - ability to manage and prioritize tasks simultaneously
