As our Project Management Intern, you’ll report to the Sr. Project Manager on the Brand Experience Team. In addition to supporting the Brand Experience team’s day-to-day needs, your job will be to provide project management assistance by acting as the liaison between stakeholders at Infor—including, but not limited to: Senior Management, Marketing, and Sales—and the creative team within Hook & Loop. Your responsibilities will be to keep projects on time, on track, and within scope, while maintaining creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure progress on projects and deliverables are proceeding per plan and in-line with agreed-upon scope

• Solve problems including prioritization of projects, maximizing resources, and providing alternative solutions for clients

• Help drive core brand initiatives for Infor, including advertising campaigns, internal and external events, marketing and sales collateral, and web presence

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with a focus on achieving our goals

• Ensure Quality Assurance measures are in place for job output

Scholar Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently enrolled students for the entire duration of the internship to qualify

• Preferred Majors: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Creative

• Prior internship experience preferred Prior work experience (part-time / summer) preferred

• Strong interest in the creative industry

• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with client and creative team members

• Flawless attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
