JOB SCOPE:

• Assistance with formulation of implementation plan for revenue automation project.
• User acceptance test of configuration and testing of templates for revenue automation project.
• Assistance in the documentation of desktop procedures of end-to-end revenue process
• SOX refresh including risk assessment, gap analysis and documenting flow chart for revenue process.
• Research technical accounting guidance for Company's position on new product and partner initiatives.

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in accounting or professional certification
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong interest and acumen to handle large volume of data and apply analytical skills with attention to details
• Prior experience in systems implementation, large data set and/or revenue process is a plus
• Ability to lead and work independently with minimum supervision

LEARNING SKILLS/OUTCOMES:

• Understand the end to end Order to Quote process for a multinational SaaS entity
• Cross functional team interaction including Revenue, FP&A, Sales, Legal and IT automation
• Ability to interpret and analyze large and complex set of data
• Perform risk assessment for revenue process
• Understanding of the What Could Go Wrong (WCGW) and related key SOX controls

AVAILABILITY:

• Full-time [10-week internship]
• Must be available to start either June 8th, 2021 or June 15th, 2021
