    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    • The SAP Ariba Business Network & Ecosystem (BN&E) team is the partner-centric division of SAP Ariba. The operations team within BN&E is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship based in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will support global BN&E operations initiatives that provide reporting/analytics and insight, strategy development, and program management.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP Ariba iXp Intern – Ariba SMO Operations

    LOCATION: Belleview, WA

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2020 – August 2020

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Provide reporting development and analysis support for the ongoing rollout of Global Supplier Management business intelligence in Ariba’s Athena reporting platform.
    • Assist in the development and buildout of reporting/dashboards for Supplier Support incidents in collaboration with the Ariba Support organization.
    • Create and implement processes and tools to support future projects and initiatives within the Ariba Business Network.
    • Provide weekly status updates on projects to management.
    • Document your work and present it to executives at the conclusion of your internship.

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, plain speak
    • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to identify patterns / themes
    • Experience with Excel – data entry and in-depth analysis
    • Experience with PowerPoint and Word (or equivalent) to create compelling communication pieces
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills & comfortable scheduling meetings with people you may not know
    • Professional and mature demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with external clients / partners
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
