    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    SAP Ariba Business Network & Ecosystem (BN&E) is the partner-centric division of SAP Ariba.  The SAP Ariba Business Network & Partner Ecosystem team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 10-week internship based in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will support the quarterly release processes for introducing new product functionality to SAP Ariba consulting partners.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    POSITION TITLE: SAP Ariba iXp Intern – Business Network & Partner Ecosystem

    LOCATION: Bellevue, WA

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2020- August 2020

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

    • Facilitate the Release Readiness Feature review process within the SAP Ariba Partner Enablement team to identify necessary feedback on the planned innovations.
    • Work collaboratively across SAP Ariba and Readiness teams with groups such as the Customer Value Organization, Products and Innovation, Partners, and Enablement to complete a successful quarterly launch.
    • Build and maintain partner-facing Release Readiness resources and communications.
    • Provide basic administrative support for the SAP Ariba Readiness testing site.
    • Provide feedback on the SAP Ariba Release Readiness processes and content.
    • Share Release Readiness program updates and progress in recurring Readiness and Innovations review sessions.
    • Document your work and present it to executives at the conclusion of your internship.

    • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
    • Professional and mature demeanor with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, plain speak.
    • Organized, collaborative, and able to work both virtually as well as face to face with large teams including effective collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and senior management.
    • Ability to scale, manage, and prioritize activities in line with operational goals.
    • Flexibility to be able to work with global teams (across multiple time zones) and respond to changes quickly and thoughtfully.
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel and/or Smartsheet.
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
