ABOUT THE TEAM:  The Supply Chain Collaboration team is one of the fastest growing teams within the SAP Business Network, the largest business-to-business network in the world with over 3.6 million connected companies in over 190 countries.  Our solution enables customers to manage and run an efficient supply chain and helps them collaborate with direct materials suppliers through innovative planning and execution processes.  We are looking for bright engineers who are passionate about solving complex business problems with purposeful and beautiful software and have fun while doing it. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

POSITION TITLE: SAP Ariba iXp Intern – Full Stack Developer LOCATION: Palo Alto, CA EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE: June 2021 – August 2021  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:  •    Have the unique opportunity to work on innovation/prototyping projects that will enhance the Supply Chain Collaboration offering •    Design and develop pixel-perfect UI, robust APIs, and scalable microservices for the cloud •    Gain insight in how enterprise customers manage and run their supply chain on the SAP Business Network

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

•    Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent •    Strong desire to revolutionize the enterprise application space by building beautiful and purposeful cloud solutions for business users •    Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, CSS •    Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly •    Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies •    Preferred experience: familiarity with Angular, Microservices (Springboot), Kafka, JIRA, IntelliJ IDEA, JMeter, Jenkins, Github
