    The SAP Intelligent Delivery Group – Procurement Services team is looking for an Ariba Network Adoption Consulting intern:

    • The Network Adoption team plays an important role collaborating with both buyer and supplier customers on efforts that enable interaction and business document transactions via the Ariba Network.

     

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

     

    POSITION TITLE: SAP Ariba iXp Intern – Network Adoption Consulting   

    LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA

    EXPECTED START DATE TO END DATE:  June 8, 2020 – August 14, 2020

     

    IN THIS ROLE:

    • You may work directly with our buyer customers, initiate contact with suppliers to facilitate their use of the Ariba Network and work to answer their questions, as well as work with internal stakeholders to understand solutions and support options to drive network adoption.

    •  Work closely with existing enablement team members to drive customer success, identify areas of opportunity and improvement, and work on enablement specific projects during the duration of your internship to drive network adoption, customer satisfaction, business goal attainment, and SAP resource efficiencies.

    WHO YOU ARE:

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

     

    This is an “Early Talent” position, which means we are looking for aptitude and fit more so than a particular set of hard skills or experiences. Our ideal candidate is:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
    • Passionate about working directly with customers and comfortable maintaining a customer-centric attitude in sub-optimal circumstances
    • Equally passionate and aggressive about developing expertise in new enterprise software applications, business processes, and implementation methodologies
    • Highly analytical and an elite problem-solver with ability to evaluate business problems and apply technology knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
    • Someone who can challenge the status quo, likes to stay curious, and who thinks outside of the box
    • An effective and polished communicator, both orally and in writing, and comfortable with public speaking/delivering presentations

    With that said, it certainly doesn’t hurt to have had some exposure to:

    • Customer-facing roles
    • SAP applications (SAP Ariba in particular)
    • Supply chain and/or source-to-pay business processes
    • Project management principles
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel functions
    • Leadership Experience
