IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

The Supplier Enablement team plays an important role collaborating with both buyer and supplier customers on efforts that enable interaction via the Ariba Network. You’ll initiate contact with a set of Suppliers and work to answer their questions, understand models of technical and support options and help them get registered on our Network.

• We have two level of accounts on our network – Supplier customers can sign up online using a standard account which is no cost. You might also outline how they can upgrade to an enterprise account by choice.  The project would be to perform an analysis on who has upgraded to an enterprise and try to draw conclusions on why.
  • Determine if there are specific candidates who we can market/campaign to who are more likely to upgrade to an enterprise account
  • Potentially perform outreach to specific suppliers who upgraded to understand their motivations
  • Analyze the outreach for effectiveness and determine what conclusions could be made in approach.
  • Assess Social and Digital Media approaches to determine impact on effectiveness of Marketing.

WHO YOU ARE:

We are seeking a  SENIOR OR GRADUATE STUDENT (IN FINAL YEAR) IN THESE DISCIPLINES:

• Business
• Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• Procurement or Supply Chain

YOU POSSESS:

• Friendly and Collaborative style of interacting.
• Analytical skills-using data to draw conclusions
• Detail Oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills including:
• Fluency in English
• Ability to deliver presentations and lead discussions remotely in a virtual environment
• Strong Organizational skills
• Ability to Travel (15%)
