    ABOUT THE TEAM:

    SAP Ariba Sales Intern will support the VP of Sales and their Sales Team of 6 Account Executives for Source-to-Settlement process: Digitizing the Procurement, AP, Treasury and Supply Chain capabilities with prospective Customers. The team spends a lot of time in the field with customers and often drives the sales cycles to closure.  This leaves little time for the back office, the management of deals, and marketing focus, they miss the opportunity to focus on a core element needed in doing market analysis, creating campaigns in person, by email as well as Social Marketing.

    • Research contacts that allow for Marketing campaigns
    • Create Organizational Charts for the Top 50 Prospects on the team
    • Prepare and drive outbound Sales and Marketing Campaign
    • Research and resource Supply Chain and Direct Procurement content that the Sales Teams can use to run Social Media Campaigns
    • Mentor Account Executives become more skilled at Digital Selling
    • Prepare and present a final presentation on the experience at the end of the internship
    • Network and expand your contacts and mentors within SAP
  • Qualifications

    WHO YOU ARE:

    We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    • Senior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing
    • Interested in Software Sales and Services as a Career that focus on solving a prospects process or organizational challenges
    • Experience with Excel; data entry and in-depth analysis (desired)
    • Experience in sales strongly preferred (retail, tech, customer service, etc.)
    • Experience in procurement, sales and supply chain preferred. 
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Displaying professionalism and superior communication skills with both internal and external clients/partners
    • Being able to research, summarize findings and present to the team at least once every 3-4 weeks during the experience
