ABOUT THE TEAM
We are a fast-paced close-knit team of individuals who work hard but play harder. Our team provides an excellent experience to our SAP Business Network trading partners in the North America (NAMER) region as they onboard, integrate, and become enabled to transact on the network. Our successful model helps our customers accelerate speed to value with their cloud solutions from SAP, support suppliers as they promote their growth from transactional trading partners to strategic business partners on the SAP Business Network.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Position title: SAP Business Network iXp Intern – Trading Partner Services Specialist
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Expected start date to end date: May 2023 – November 2023 with possibility of extension
Schedule: 40 HR/Week
In your role as a Trading Partner Services Specialist, you will be supporting the SAP Business Network TPS team with their operational tasks, assist with executing change management and communication plans, and engage with customers on special projects. While you will work closely with the Region and Global Leadership Team to support initiatives related to the future go to market strategy and transformation programs, your day to day tasks will be executed independently:
Assist with internal and external team communications including the compilation of information, creation of content via various media such as video, powerpoint, email and Live presentations
Work with the NAMER and Global TPS team to develop a communication strategy aligned to the global Change Management framework
Support the team to execute the communication strategy
Assist with light report generation and operational tasks and metric analysis
Conduct Delivery Excellence reviews and other quality checks
Assist with MS Teams meetings including video conference facilitation and support
Provide ongoing administrative support to the TPS Leadership and global team
Be willing to learn about SAP and SAP product and portfolio and open to upskilling opportunities

Educational requirements
Required Qualifications for the role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong writing and listening skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and networking skills
Work well with deadlines and have ability to multi-task
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Fluency in English and a second local language (written and oral)
Comfortable working across different cultures and regions
Enjoys detail-oriented tasks
Self-starter that enjoys working remotely and flexible on work hours
Desired Qualifications for the role
Knowledge of or ability to learn services, support, marketing, and operation skills
Knowledge in or ability to learn ERP, CRM and other SAP systems
