ABOUT THE TEAM:

Concur Labs exists to explore ideas and build prototypes that advance the SAP Concur Platform.Our charter is to surface innovations and look at problems differently, often combining technologies in novel ways to enhance the life of a business traveler.

Innovation is driven by creativity, and creativity benefits from play. We look at the future as a challenge to be played with; we stack blocks, tear them down, and build again, constantly learning what works and what doesn’t. Often, we have to create new blocks. There are always new challenges and new things to learn; and through exploration and perseverance, we can work together to invent the future we want to live in.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop new features or processes. We recognize that Intern contributions fuel some of our greatest innovations, and that’s why we assign students to our toughest challenges and most forward-thinking projects. A few past examples are:

• Integrating Concur Expense with Office365 to create seamless expense entries
• Creating an Amazon Echo skill to enable voice-based access to Concur Expense
• Utilizing machine learning to create a conversational chatbot within Slack
• Researching opportunities and developing prototypes in virtual reality
• Working with Apple Watch to create voice activated expense reports
